Learn More About Our Pilates and Barre Studio
"Individualized Attention- Each Time, Every time"
My love and belief in Pilates was born over 16 years ago, when I first tried my first pilates class. Mind you, I had been a professional dancer, and I thought I was in incredible shape! However, as my dancing career wound down, I found myself needing to find ways to keep my body active. I tried many exercise programs, and found that Pilates was the one that made me feel the best and kept me in the best shape...and even helped me to recover from 4 months of bedrest while I was pregnant with my daughter.
Over the years, I have worked in several Pilates studios, and visited countless others, learning what clients like and didn't like, and most importantly, learning what type of Pilates training was most likely to meet the client's goals and had the most positive impact on their lives.
This is why we stress our "Individualized Attention- Each Time, Every Time" Pilates philosophy, and why every member of our Complete Pilates & Fitness team is trained to teach this way. Our Pilates classes are small (usually less then 7, and often 3-4) and during your pilates class, you'll see that your pilates instructor is always engaged with you and never stands in front of the class yelling out exercises.
Our approach to Pilates & Barre is unmatched in the Valencia / Santa Clarita area, as will be your results! Come give us a try today!
Director, Complete Pilates & Fitness
Our staff at Complete Pilates & Fitness is diverse and unique, yet they have one thing in common...their belief in Pilates & Barre and their dedication to teach it using our "Individualized Attention- Each Time, Every Time" Pilates& Barre philosophy.
Because our Pilates & Barre staff works so closely with you, we find that so much more information is shared then in other fitness enviornments. Those tidbits of information about your life, your feelings, your goals and aspirations, allow your instructor to continuosly modify your Pilates experience to keep you as fit and as happy as possible.
We feel extremely fortunate to have the team that we do!

Do I need to take Private Pilates Sessions before I take a group class?
If you are brand new to Pilates, your first experience could easily seem overwhelming, as we use several pieces of pilates equipment, and will touch on many, if not all, parts of your body. To ease into this, we do highly recommend our $99 Introductory Offer, which includes 2 Private Pilates sessions followed by 1 Small Group Pilates Equipment Class. We find that these Private Pilates Sessions best prepare you for group Pilates classes, which should put you at ease with our equipment. However, no matter if you have Private Pilates Sessions prior to your first class or not, our individualized approach during our group classes will still allow you to quickly acclimate to our studio and our equipment.
What can I expect on my first visit to the Pilates & Barre studio?
Hopefully, you've already signed up by either contacting us, or by visiting Our Pilates & Barre Schedule or Our Pilates & Barre Services pages. On your first visit, we'll give you a keytag that you will scan to check into pilates class each time you visit us. Alternatively, you can download the Mindbody Connect App and can use it to check into your pilates class as well. Unlike other pilates studios, where check time can take away from instruction time, we normally get started right on time.
For Small Group Pilates Equipment Classes: Your pilates instructor will begin to get the class warmed up, paying special attention to each and every participant to make sure to understand their capabilities and limitations. As your main pilates class instruction begins, your instructor will continuously monitor and modfiy each exercise you do to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. Note - It is extremely important to be vocal and share as much information as possible with your instructor so that they can best modify your program for you. The more information they have, they more you will get out of your session! Click here for more information about our Small Group Pilates Equipment Classes.
For Private Pilates Sessions: Your pilates instructor will talk in depth with you about your body, your fitness level, any underlying conditions, and especially about your fitness goals. Your instructor will introduce you to all of the pieces of equipment in the pilates studio and will create some initial exercises for you to try that visit. From that information, your instructor will design an initial fitness plan for you, and, if you intend to take Small Group Pilates Equipment Classes, will guide you towards the classes that are most appropriate for you. If you are seeking faster results, then continuing with Private Pilates Sessions is the best way to go as your instructor can focus 100% on you each and every session. Is Pilates and/or Barre Expensive?
We've designed Our Pilates & Barre Pricing programs to fit any budget. You can choose from our incredible Auto-Pay programs that offer some of the best prices in the Valencia / Santa Clarita area, to pay-as-you-go rates. We also offer reduced Pilates lunchtime rates, as well as special incentives to try new Pilates and Pilates Barre classes. We don't offer unlimited packages, but you'll find that the studios that do, only do so if you attend mat classes or larger group "reformer only" classes, managed by a single instructor from the front of the class. All of our Small Group Pilates Equipment Classes are small groups (up to 7, but usually 3-4), and utilize multiple pieces of equipment, and all are taught using our "Individualized Attention- Each Time, Every Time" approach. You'll see results faster, you'll feel incredible, and you'll be safe because our instructor is right there with you instead of in the front of a larger group.

Our Pilates & Barre Studio Policies
At Complete Pilates & Fitness, we strive to offer a supportive environment where people can practice Pilates & Barre regularly and as economically as possible, directed by the most highly trained staff in the field. This is the mission upon which the studio was founded and what continues to drive us into the future. In order to ensure our ample schedule and maximize opportunities for participation, please review our studio policies below.
Thank you for your support and compliance with the following:
Our time together is valuable. In order to honor the commitment that each of us have made to your appointment (private lesson, or group class), we have designed the following cancellations policies. We ask for you to understand that the cancellation policies are in place to minimize disruption for all clients and as a courtesy to our instructors who are compensated on a per client basis. Please keep in mind that if you register for a class or book a private session we reserve that space for you, and if you don't show up or cancel too close to class time, it doesn't give us the opportunity to fill your space. This costs the studio, increasing our expenses, and also prevents others who really want to come to class from doing so.
Cancellations are accepted either via our online booking system, in person, email to moc.ssentifsetalipetelpmoc@ofni or by phoning the Studio at 661-208-8900. Please do not email or phone your instructor, as they may be teaching and may not get your message.
From time to time, we all experience a sudden emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate you if that happens. When you are able to, please contact us at moc.ssentifsetalipetelpmoc@ofni.
Scheduling a Pilates Group Class or Private Pilates Session is your acceptance of these cancellation policies.
